Dilham
Bars and Restaurants: The Cross Keys is a short walk from the free moorings which are probably most suited to smaller boats due to the restricted turning area at the head of the river. At the time of writing, this public house is closed and awaiting new tenants.

Wayford Bridge
Bars and Restaurants: Wayford Bridge Hotel (www.a1tourism.com/uk/wayford.htm) This hotel has chargeable moorings close by. Free moorings available the other side of Wayford Bridge - still only a short walk away. Boasts a Bistro and an A-La-Carte restaurant.

Stalham
Bars and Restaurants: The Harnser (www.a2znorfolk.com/harnser) is located half way between Stalham and Sutton - around a 15 min walk from the free moorings at Richardsons Boatyard at Stalham. Extensive menu plus occasional live music at weekends. The Grebe. Located on Stalham high street. Bar food available. The Kingfisher Hotel at the far end of the high street has a restaurant.
Shops: Tesco's is close to the free moorings. The village high street has a wide range of shops including a pharmacy, a doctor, two banks and various gift shops.
Local attractions: The Museum of the Broads is short walk from the free moorings.

Sutton
Bars and Restaurants: The Sutton Staithe Hotel is located on the riverside with free moorings close by. The Hotel has a restaurant and offers an extensive choice of bar meals
Shops: There is a small general store in the village, around 15 mins walk away.

Neatishead
Bars and Restaurants: The White Horse Inn is located in the village centre and offers a bar menu. The Old Saddlery is a restaurant offering an A-La-Carte menu and is also in the village centre. Free moorings are available at the local staithe a 5 min walk away.
Shops: A general store is located between the free moorings and the village centre.
Local Attractions: A 20 to 30 min walk will take you to the start of Barton Broad Boardwalk which includes unrivalled views over the Broad. Moor at Gays Staithe (free) as the walk is shorter from here.

How Hill
Local Attractions: How Hill House is located on the banks of the River Ant and has extensive free moorings. In the grounds are formal gardens and woodland trails.

Ludham Bridge
Bars and Restaurants: The Dog Inn is a short walk from the free moorings. It offers an extensive bar menu. The Wayfarers Restaurant is located close to the bridge. Shops: A small general store is located close to the bridge, as a local craft gift shop.
