Day 1 afternoon
Wroxham to Horning
Leave Wroxham, cruising downriver past the entrances to Wroxham Broad and Salhouse Broad. The village of Horning stretches for around one mile on the left hand bank. Moorings are available at any of three riverside public houses.

Day 2 morning
Horning to Ludham
Continue in the same direction, past the entrance to Ranworth on your right, then the entrance to the River Ant on your left. St. Benets Abbey is a little further on the left bank. Look out for the signposted entrance to the River Thurne on your left. Travel up the Thurne, past Thurne Dyke on your right until you see the sign for Ludham on your left hand side. Travel down the dyke to the moorings at the far end of Womack Water, where the river widens out to a Broad.

Day 2 afternoon
Ludham to Potter Heigham
Retrace your steps back out to the junction with the main river. Take a left turn, which will take you to the chalet lined riversides which lead to Potter Heigham. Moorings are available on the right hand side before the bridge.
2.5 miles.

Day 3 morning
Potter Heigham to Ranworth
Retrace your steps back along the River Thurne, past the entrances to Womack Water and Thurne Dyke. At the junction with the River Bure turn right and continue until you see the signpost for Ranworth on your left. The dyke leads to Malthouse Broad and its moorings.

Day 3 afternoon
Ranworth to Wroxham
Return back to the main river and turn left. Pass Horning and the entrances to Salhouse and Wroxham Broads before arriving at your start point, Wroxham. You can choose to moor at your home yard or out on the main river near Wroxham Bridge.

Day 4 morning
Wroxham to home boatyard
Allow enough time to arrive at your designated hand back time of your boatyard.
